Service

Chris served in the United States Navy from 1997 to 2004 as a Machinist's Mate Second Class (MM2) and a qualified Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist — roughly seven years, including nearly four years of sea service — and was honorably discharged at the rank of Petty Officer Second Class (E-5).

He earned the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal for service in a designated expeditionary operation, the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, the Good Conduct Medal (twice), and the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon (twice).

Today

Chris contributed testing and product feedback to RepoHunter, an open-source tool created and architected by his brother Brian, built with Brian's AI agent, Ziggy. The project gives back to veterans and their K9s rather than taking "coffee" tips.
